Who operates these sites

Rent Him is the parent brand and operates both renthimnow.com and boyfriendagency.com through one shared platform. The two brands use separate accounts and public profiles, while authorised Rent Him staff administer both. Privacy requests for this site can be sent to hello@renthimnow.com.

Information we handle

We handle information you submit in enquiries and requests: email address and verification codes, name, city and country, date and occasion, preferences, messages, and any contact details you choose to provide. A request can create an account. Account information includes your email, chosen account mode and gender identity, login and session records, notification choices, and activity history.

Companions may provide a profile, photographs, availability, billing address, and identity-verification information including legal name, birth date, identity-document images and numbers, selfie, residence country and private contact details. We also handle invoices, payment references, subscription status, reports, feedback, moderation decisions, and communications. Service emails and, where used, marketing emails may generate delivery, open, click, bounce and unsubscribe records. Information comes from you, other users involved in a request, our staff, payment and message providers, and the website tools described below. Please do not include another person's sensitive information in a request unless it is necessary.

Why we use it and legal bases

We use request, account, profile, booking and payment information to take steps you ask for before a contract and to provide the service or administer a contract. We use security, identity review, fraud-prevention, safety and service-improvement information for our legitimate interests in protecting users and operating the platform, subject to your rights. We retain records needed for tax, accounting, legal claims or other applicable legal obligations. We use a companion's separate publication consent to make an approved profile public. Optional marketing is sent on consent or another lawful basis where local law allows it; you can unsubscribe or object to direct marketing. You may withdraw consent for future processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Website analytics and session recording are used to understand visits and improve the site. Consent is required where local storage or privacy law requires it; a narrow statutory analytics exception may apply only where all its conditions are met. These tools currently load as described below. This notice does not itself provide consent or an objection control.

Cookies, analytics and recordings

The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity can record interactions on marketing pages. Yandex Metrika, including its session replay feature, may run for visitors the edge service places in selected markets. These tools can receive device, browser, approximate location, page-interaction and session information and may use cookies or similar storage. They are not loaded on signed-in account or staff-console pages. Essential login, language and security storage is also used, and forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Browser controls can block some storage but do not replace any consent or objection choice the law requires.

Who receives data and international processing

Authorised staff and service providers receive information needed for their work. These include Cloudflare for site delivery and security; Google for sign-in and analytics; Microsoft for Clarity; Yandex where enabled; email delivery systems, including Postal and Amazon SES; Wise for bank-payment reconciliation; and a messaging service you choose to contact us through. The shared platform stores accounts, requests and identity documents centrally for both brands, with brand-scoped access. Providers and staff may process information outside your country. Contact us for the countries, providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your data, and for a copy of applicable safeguards where the law gives you that right.

Retention and deletion

Account, profile and request records are kept while the account or related service is active, then assessed for deletion or a legal, payment, safety or dispute need. A self-service account-erasure request is scheduled for 30 days later; signing in during that period cancels it. Erasure removes or de-identifies most account, profile and request information. Invoices, payment records and limited audit or safety records may remain for applicable record-keeping or claim periods. Identity-document images and selfies are kept in encrypted storage until you ask us by email to delete them; there is no automatic deletion clock, and a self-service account erasure does not remove them. Provider-side analytics and message retention follow their own schedules. Contact us for the period or criteria applicable to a particular record, or to request earlier deletion where law allows.

Your choices and rights

Your account has controls for notification preferences, data export and account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, export or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. Email hello@renthimnow.com for a privacy request; we may verify your identity before disclosing account or identity documents. Some rights have lawful exceptions.

Adults, security and changes

The service is for adults aged at least 18 or the higher local age of majority. Client age is attested, while companion identity documents are reviewed by a person; no method eliminates all risk. We use access controls, encrypted identity-document storage and audit records, but no service can promise absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be dated here and, where law requires, communicated separately.
